Kristin Motta Zwickau is an accomplished talent acquisition and management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Attraction at Veeva Systems since June 2020, Kristin plays a crucial role in supporting the company's mission-driven goals within the life sciences sector. Prior to this, Kristin worked at Care.com as Senior Director of Global Talent Management, significantly improving hiring metrics and reducing recruitment costs. Kristin also held pivotal positions at CM Access and its parent company, System One, where leadership encompassed managing recruitment teams and driving sales efforts. Kristin began a career in recruitment as co-founder and COO of Wennik&Motta, a boutique firm specializing in the high-tech and marketing sectors.
