Jim Yzquierdo has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Jim began their career in 1986 at Electronic Data Systems, where they served as a Call Center Systems Lead Analyst for over a decade. Jim then joined Dow Corning as a Voice Services Analyst in 1997. After that, Jim worked at ChannelPoint as a Call Center Voice Systems \\ Routing Analyst from 1999 to 2001.
In 2002, Jim joined Assurant as a Senior IT Manager, where they led technical managers and resources across multiple sites and maintained high levels of customer service. Jim also played a key role in building credibility and rapport between business and IT support teams. Jim remained with Assurant until 2014 and took on additional responsibilities during this time, such as preparing hardware and resource budgets, assisting in disaster recovery and business continuity efforts, mentoring managers, and assisting in site closure activities for the Lawton Call Center.
In 2015, Jim had two significant work experiences. Jim first became a Business Owner at WiseEQ Ventures, a role they held until 2016. Later that year, they joined Veeya as a Project Manager, responsible for managing the execution of client projects and ensuring timely completion. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Sales Manager at Veeya.
