Richard Masser

Richard Masser FCIPS has a strong background in the field of design, sourcing, marketing, supply, and distribution of various products. Richard has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Crestwood Global Product Solutions Ltd since 2017, overseeing the successful acquisition of Crestwood UK Ltd. Prior to this, they held the same position at Crestwood Group of Companies from 2008. Richard also has experience as the Managing Director of Vefa UK Ltd from 2010, where they contributed to the growth of the company in the manufacturing of bespoke prefabricated buildings. In 2014, they ventured into a new exciting venture as the Commercial Director of Renable Ltd, focusing on Biomass technology. Richard has also been actively involved with The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), serving as a Member of the CIPS Appointments Committee from 2015 to 2018 and holding the position of President in 2015 and 2016. In their earlier career, Richard founded and managed Quantum Global Product Solutions Ltd from 2001 to 2008, specializing in furniture hardware and components, as well as glass components for various markets. Richard also served as the Operations Director at Eurospace Furniture PLC from 1991 to 2001, where they managed the manufacturing and distribution of flat pack furniture for major retailers. Richard started their career as a Purchasing Controller at Autogem Ltd from 1988 to 1991.

Richard Masser FCIPS has a diverse education history. Richard obtained a degree in Lean Production Management from Cranfield School of Management. Richard also acquired a degree in Business Management & Finance from Leeds Beckett University. Continuing their education, they pursued a degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, earning MCIPS from Leeds Beckett University. In 2010, Richard was awarded a Fellowship of the Institute from The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. Richard further expanded their knowledge in Ethical Procurement & Supply through training provided by The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
