Tirumal Volety

Tirumal Volety's work experience begins in 1983 when they worked as a Labor Welfare Officer at Sarvaraya Textiles, ensuring employees were paid according to government regulations. Tirumal then joined MACE (Marine And Communication Electronics) India Ltd. in 1985 as the Head of the HR Department, responsible for recruiting and establishing an induction program for 400 engineers and staff. From 1993 to 2000, Volety worked as an HR Consultant at Personnel Systems Consultancy, providing HR services to small and medium-scale organizations. In 2000, they started Dynamic Lines Systems (P) Ltd., offering medical transcription services. In 2008, Volety founded Vega Prosys, a global IT company focused on healthcare solutions, where they served as the owner and working CEO. Since 2013, they have been the Vice President of VITA (VIZAG INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATION), leading various initiatives including a start-up program with NASSCOM and the government of AP.

Tirumal Volety obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Sri L. Bullayya College between 1975 and 1978. Tirumal further pursued a Post Graduate degree in the field of Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Andhra University, completing it between 1978 and 1980. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in General Law (BGL) from Andhra University, although the specific years of study for the latter degree were not mentioned.
