Nishant Srivastava

Nishant Srivastava is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in payroll management and HR activities across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at VEGA since April 2023, Nishant oversees payroll and HR functions for multiple divisions, including Vega Baby & Mom and Sery Cosmetics. Prior to this, a similar role was held at Dongjin Electronics India Private Limited from September 2017 to October 2023, as well as experience as an HR Assistant at Surin Automotive Private Limited from September 2015 to September 2017. Nishant's expertise encompasses contract labor management, attendance and leave data, payroll activities, industrial relations, statutory compliance, recruitment, training and development, and employee welfare initiatives. Nishant holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, completed from 2013 to 2015, and a prior degree from the same institution from 2009 to 2012.
