Jim Nolan has a work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jim started their career at Unique Solutions, Inc. in 1995 as an Account Executive and worked there until 2000. Jim then moved on to Intermedia Communications where they continued as an Account Executive until 2001. From 2001 to 2013, Jim worked at NTT America as a Director, Strategic Alliances - Data Center Services. In 2013, they joined Solutions-II as a Director, Managed Services and worked there until 2016. At 2nd Watch, Jim held two roles from 2016 to 2023. Jim started as the Director Managed Services, Field Client Services and later became the Managed Services - Executive Director, Client Services. Currently, Jim is working at Vega Cloud as the Director, Account Management, starting from 2023.

Jim Nolan attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1993. Jim did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) Technical Professional in June 2016, VMware Certified Associate 6 – Cloud Management and Automation (VCA6-CMA) in March 2016, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Business Professional in February 2015, and ITIL Foundation in August 2014.
