Puneet Sharma

Puneet Sharma is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic leader with a robust background in product development and innovation within the financial technology sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Vegapay since October 2022, Puneet is focused on building advanced global banking technology. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at BharatPe, where Puneet directed product initiatives including the launch of Postpe's credit and debit cards, and at Avail Finance, where strategic direction was provided for the launch of a salary account tailored for blue-collar users. Notable earlier roles include leading new initiatives at ePayLater and co-founding GoRenew Energy and Localinger. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, Puneet holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
