Tom Axtell

Tom Axtell has served as General Manager of Vegas PBS since August 1994, overseeing the expansion of the organization from a single channel to a comprehensive public service media corporation that includes multiple television and cable channels, extensive community outreach programs, and advanced communication services for first responders. Prior to this role, Tom Axtell was Vice President for Advancement at Alverno College from 1991 to 1994 and held the position of General Manager and Dean of Telecasting at Milwaukee Public Television from 1986 to 1991. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Macalester College.
