Beomsoo Kim

Beomsoo Kim has a diverse work experience, starting as a Conscripted Police Officer in the Combatant Police from October 2012 to July 2014. After that, they worked at Woot as a Full Stack Engineer, where they independently developed early versions of the location-based SNS service. In 2020, Beomsoo joined Cinnamon Labs as the Chief Technology Officer, where they independently built a trading engine and co-developed active trading strategies. Currently, they are the Vice President of Engineering at VegaX, responsible for technology leadership.

Beomsoo Kim completed their education with a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Korea University, with studies spanning from 2014 to 2017. Alongside their computer science degree, they also earned another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Korea University, which they pursued from 2011 to 2017.
