Hetal Thakkar is an experienced professional in account management and business development, currently serving as a National Account Executive at Vegetarian Express since May 2023. Previously, Hetal co-founded Samagraha Essential Solutions LLP, where responsibilities included establishing a manufacturing unit for grated coconut and managing supply chains for numerous prestigious hotels in Mumbai. With a robust background in public relations and marketing through roles at notable firms such as Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Ketchum, as well as foundational experience in guest services at ITC Maratha, Hetal has demonstrated a strong capacity for vendor negotiation, business analysis, and compliance. Hetal is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management at the University of Sussex.
