Zach Woogen

Zach Woogen is a Senior Policy Manager at Vehicle-Grid Integration Council, with previous experience as a Senior Consultant at Strategen. Zach has also worked as a Policy Specialist at Green Hydrogen Coalition and a Research Assistant at Energy and Environment Policy Lab. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
