Ian Wendler has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ian started their career in 1999 as a Product Engineer at RadiSys, where they were responsible for manufacturing and customer support across different countries. Ian then became a Customer Program Manager, overseeing customer relationships and business development. In 2004, they joined MECOP Inc. as the Board Chairman, responsible for strategic planning and decision-making.

In 2004, Ian Wendler joined Warn Industries as the OE Team Leader, managing production teams and a $17M/year business. Ian later became the OE Program Manager, leading the launch of the MY2009 AWD project for Daimler Chrysler.
