James Neild has worked in the IT industry since 1992. James began their career at MetLife Insurance as a Senior Systems Analyst - Electronic Commerce R&D from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they moved to Pitney Bowes as a Manager - Worldwide Software Support, where they also held the roles of Test Manager - Principal Engineer and Manager - Worldwide Software Support. In 2016, they joined Novitex Enterprise Solutions as a Senior Application Specialist, and in 2017 they began working for Kitchen Brains as a Sales Operations IoT Deployment Manager and Technical Services Manager, Genius Suite IoT Solutions. In 2020, they joined IBM as an Operations Analyst / Technical Support, and in 2021 they began working for IntelliShift as a Technical Support Engineer II and Cahoot as a Technical Support Manager. James is currently employed at Kyndryl as a CLS Application and Package Support.
James Neild obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania between 1988-1992. James then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Business & Information Systems at Marywood University between 1994-1996. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: "Make IT Work in Your Business" in December 2021 and "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" in September 2021.
