Sales Operations Manager at Vehiculum

Michael Hieke's work experience begins in 2007 when they worked as a Koch at Landhaus Mahlsdorf. From 2009 to 2011, they became a Sous Chef at Don Camillo Restaurant. Michael then moved to Ristorante Peppone and worked as a Küchenchef from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Restaurant Schuberts as a Küchenchef until 2019. Since 2019, they have been working at VEHICULUM, starting as a Junior Sales Manager and moving up to the position of Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Sales Operations Manager at VEHICULUM.

Michael Hieke completed their education in the field of culinary arts and hotel management. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Kongresshotel Berlin and received an Ausbildung degree in Kulinarik/Koch-Ausbildung (culinary/cooking education). During the same period, they also attended Brillat-Savarin-Schule and obtained a Kochausbildung (cooking education) degree with a focus on Verwaltung/Management, Hotel- und Gaststättengewerbe (administration/management, hotel and catering industry).
