Alana Perry

Alana Perry, M.S., is an accomplished Senior Recruiter at Vehlo since May 2023, with a robust background in recruitment and talent development. Prior to Vehlo, Alana served as a Recruiter at Circle and Amazon, where notable achievements included enhancing the interview process to increase candidate interviews by 50% and hiring over 750 entry-level employees for Amazon’s Sort Centers. Alana's earlier roles include Learning and Development Specialist at RealSelf, where the first Learning and Development program was launched, and Assistant Director of Admissions at Champlain College, focused on student recruitment. Alana also gained experience through various internships, including developing brand identity for Mamava, Inc., and supporting social media for The Boston Beer Company.
