Thomas Robillard has held a variety of positions in the technology industry over the past 27 years. In 1994, they served in the US Army at Fort Bragg as part of the 82nd Airborne Division, where they supervised an aviation maintenance platoon. From 1999 to 2007, they worked as a Network Engineer for Paradock, where they coordinated personal activities, material purchases, and project completions. Thomas then worked as a Network Engineer for Gundersen Lutheran from 2007 to 2014, where they troubleshot, configured, and administered Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Network Architect for Aercor Wireless Inc., where they planned, designed, implemented, operated, and optimized enterprise networks and mobility solutions. During this time, they also worked as an Enterprise Architect for TEKsystems, consulting for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, and as a Sr. Network Engineer for American Transmission Co. Since 2021, they have been employed as a Network Systems Engineer for Marco Technologies.

Thomas Robillard has a comprehensive education history. Thomas began their studies at North Central College in 1990, where they studied International Business. Thomas then attended Western Technical College - Company from 2000 to 2003, where they received an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Network and System Administration/Administrator. Thomas has since continued their education and is currently enrolled in Capella University, where they are pursuing a BS Science in Network Technology: Cisco. Robillard has also obtained various certifications, including Agile Foundations, Azure Administration: Identities and Governance, Microsoft Azure: Active Directory, Visio 2019 Essential Training, BAII-CNE, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA), Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA), CCNA, ACMP, and CWNA.
