Jarmo Buddas

Jarmo Buddas has over 35 years of experience in operations, management, and software development, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Veikkaus Oy since October 2013, where responsibilities include coaching, process development, and daily operations. Prior to this role, Jarmo held various managerial positions at Tieto from November 2001 to March 2013, including Unit Manager, where leadership of a software development and testing unit in the Banking & Insurance sector was emphasized, as well as Project Manager and Team Manager in the Telecom R&D area. Jarmo’s earlier experience includes a tenure at Nokia from May 1988 to October 2001, with roles such as Team Manager and SW Delivery Engineer. Jarmo holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Espoo-Vantaa Teknillinen oppilaitos, completed between 1995 and 1999.
