Riikka Ylläsjärvi

Riikka Ylläsjärvi is an experienced Development Manager in Gaming Services/Retail at Veikkaus Oy since May 2022, following a role as Service Design Lead at Digitalist Group Plc where focus was on customer experience projects for Stora Enso. Prior experience includes serving as Digital & CX Lead at Telia, where Riikka was involved in digital innovation and strategy development, and as Service Design Lead for corporate customers at Elisa. Riikka has a strong background in service design and business innovation, having founded and led FINNAY Ltd. and KALTIO, providing customer experience services and creative business consulting. With education from Aalto University and a Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Riikka combines design thinking and business strategy expertise to drive successful projects and initiatives.
