Michiel Kroes

Michiel Kroes is an experienced functional manager with a strong background in application management and system development. Currently serving as Functioneel beheerder van o.a. Rx.Mission at Veiligheidsregio Gelderland-Zuid since September 2025, Michiel previously held roles at Gemeente Land van Cuijk and Werkorganisatie CGM, focusing on functional management of process applications and Suite4Omgevingsdiensten. With earlier experience at Pluryn, Cofely NV Nederland, and several other organizations, Michiel has developed expertise in user-friendly system enhancements, project management, and the improvement of technical processes. Michiel holds a Bachelor's degree in System Development from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and has a background in retail education.
