Karin Spijkerman

Karin Spijkerman has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as an HRM advisor for Veiligheidsregio IJsselland and GGD IJsselland since January 2014, with responsibilities spanning strategic, tactical, and operational HR functions. Karin is certified in the HR 21 job evaluation system and holds the position of internal auditor. Additionally, since 1987, Karin has been involved with the Koninklijke Nederlandse Gymnastiek Unie (KNGU) as an educational instructor for Jazz dance, overseeing the training of dance instructors and serving in various roles during advanced training programs. Previous roles include P&O advisor at GGD IJsselland from September 2002 to December 2013, HR advisor at Regio IJssel-Vecht from 2000 to 2002, and P&O advisor at Gemeente Hattem from 1990 to 1999. Current educational pursuits include studies at Windesheim, expected to conclude in September 2024, following earlier education at Hogeschool Haarlem in Personnel & Labor.
