Marcel Stam

Marcel Stam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in information security and engineering. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Demand Manager at Gemeente Dalfsen since May 2007, Marcel also holds multiple roles including System Engineer and Coordinating Municipal Officer for the fire department. As the owner of Stalo since November 2014, Marcel is involved in safety instruction at various levels, including international training in fire safety and incident management. Additional experience includes instructing at BON Holding and serving as a commander and firemaster with Veiligheidsregio IJsselland. Marcel has held engineering roles at companies such as Netguard B.V., Virual Service Integration Company BV, and Imtech Telecom, and has formal education from Hanze.
