Dominique Heus has extensive experience in emergency management and journalism, currently serving as Hoofdofficier van dienst and Clustermanager at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland since March 2018. In addition, Dominique holds a position as a Docent at the Nederlands Instituut Publieke Veiligheid since September 2020. Previous roles include Manager Stafbureau Corona and Programmamanager at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland, and participation in a comprehensive firefighting officer training program at Instituut Fysieke Veiligheid. Dominique's background in journalism includes serving as Hoofdredacteur at Maruba b.v. and freelance contributions to various media outlets. Dominique holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and studied at Carleton University.
