Maarten Elout

Maarten Elout serves as a Beleidsadviseur Vakbekwaamheid GHOR at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland since July 2020, where responsibilities include maintaining the competency of GHOR crisis personnel. Elout also holds the role of Algemeen Commandant Geneeskundige Zorg (ACGZ) and has contributed to data analysis and reporting for the Vlucht Contact Onderzoek at GHOR for all airports in the Netherlands. Additional leadership roles in theater include serving as artistic leader, director, and producer for both Theatergroep ALKmaar and Stichting Superstar Theaterproducties. Prior experience includes advisory work during the COVID-19 crisis and support roles in various organizations related to project and IT support. Educational credentials include recent qualifications in crisis management from the Nederlands Instituut Publieke Veiligheid and degrees in natural therapy and coaching.
