Amanda Nicholson

Amanda Nicholson currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Veincentre, a rapidly expanding specialist healthcare organization in the UK. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, Amanda has held key leadership roles including Managing Consultant at Get Great Ltd and People Change Lead at Optegra Eye Health Care, where responsibilities included overseeing significant people and business change projects. Previous positions include Head of Organisational Development and Head of HR at United Response, and Head of Learning & Organisational Development at Abbeyfield. An HR Consultant prior to their corporate roles, Amanda has contributed significantly to various organizations by implementing strategic HR practices and enhancing people effectiveness. Amanda holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from Sheffield Hallam University and a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from London Metropolitan University.
