Cintia de Morais Andrade

Cintia de Morais Andrade has extensive experience in corporate law and commercial contracts, currently serving as a partner and senior lawyer at Veirano Advogados since January 2008. Cintia participated in a summer program at Vinson & Elkins LLP in August 2012 and completed a secondment at Vale S.A. in the Corporate and Contract Departments in late 2008, focusing on legal research and client advisement. Cintia holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London and a post-degree in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
