Marcos Ludwig

Marcos Ludwig is a partner at Veirano Advogados, where Marcos co-heads the Infrastructure & Projects practice and has played a pivotal role in establishing the firm's China Desk, French Desk, German Desk, and Art & Culture practice group. In addition to their role at Veirano, Marcos Ludwig serves as an arbitrator for multiple organizations, including the Court of Arbitration for Art, CBMA, Shanghai International Arbitration Center, and China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Marcos Ludwig has also participated in notable legal training programs at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Tsinghua University. Previously, Marcos Ludwig founded and managed Ludwig Advogados and served as general counsel at Fabrica Participações. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws from McGill University, a Master's in Private Law, and a Bachelor's in Law, both from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
