Tony Sziklai's work experience begins in 1986 when they co-founded Alternative Systems, Inc., a company that provided chemical tracking, analytics, and environmental compliance information systems. Tony served as a Systems Architect and Project Manager, co-inventing patented technology delivered to government and Fortune 500 firms.
In 1997, Sziklai became the VP Engineering of Levine-Fricke-Recon Technologies, a spinoff of a Bay Area environmental engineering firm. Tony developed innovative IT solutions for the environmental compliance marketplace and created advanced web applications, analytics, and a metadata-based SaaS delivery platform.
Starting in 2003, Sziklai worked at Moulton Logistics, a Los Angeles-based outsourcing company acquired by Amware. Tony served as the CTO and also acted as a CTO adviser to startups and virtual companies supported by the firm.
In 2014, Sziklai co-founded Clutter, a full-service self-storage company based in Los Angeles. The company, backed by Sequoia Capital and SoftBank, offered convenient and affordable storage options with a visual inventory of stored items.
From 2014 onwards, they were also a member and advocate of the LA CTO Forum, a private network of CTOs in Los Angeles.
In 2016, Sziklai became the Chief Technologist and Co-founder of Vejo, Inc., a company specializing in portable blenders.
Tony Sziklai attended Punahou School for an undisclosed period of time. Tony then went on to study at San Francisco State University and the University of Colorado Boulder, but the exact duration and degrees obtained at these institutions are unknown.
