Darrick Dean

Darrick Dean is an experienced professional with a robust background in quality engineering and advocacy for space exploration. Currently a member of Keystone Space Collaborative since May 2023, Darrick has been with VEKA Inc - North America since 2000, serving as a Quality Engineer/Technician responsible for ensuring compliance with QMS, customer requirements, and industry standards such as ISO 9001:2015. Prior roles include Quality Inspector of PVC products, Manufacturing Engineer at Munroe Inc, and Engineering Intern at ELLWOOD Quality Steels Co, where Darrick contributed to inventory management and the implementation of tracking systems. In addition, Darrick was a researcher for the U.S. Department of Energy, focusing on clean energy technologies. Darrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Geneva College.
