Adam Burrows currently serves as the Director of Operations at VEKA UK since June 2023. Prior to this role, Adam spent 25 years at Rolls-Royce, progressing from Associate Inspector to Head of Manufacturing, where responsibilities included overseeing the manufacturing of Honeycomb and WCFB blades across multiple sites. Additional roles at Rolls-Royce encompassed Manufacturing Manager, Production Planning & Control Manager, and Production Leader, managing a large team and ensuring effective operations. Adam's earlier career includes a Toolmaker position at Potterton Myson, where responsibilities involved designing and manufacturing tools and fixtures. Adam holds a Diploma in Operations Management and Supervision from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems from Liverpool John Moores University.
