In addition, Neil serves as Chair of Burnley Bondholders, a consortium focused on enhancing the borough's prosperity, and has previously contributed to initiatives as a Lancashire Ambassador through Marketing Lancashire. Neil’s prior roles include significant positions at VELUX, where contributions led to substantial sales and profit increases, and at Aviva, where leadership in claims operations resulted in significant efficiency gains.
