Stuart Carter has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at The VEKA UK Group since June 2015, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this, Stuart worked at Aircelle from January 2001 to May 2015, where roles included Manufacturing Manager for Composites and Skills Development Manager, overseeing strategic training needs and managing a large Composite manufacturing department. In earlier positions, Stuart served as a Supervisor at Federal-Mogul and as Cell Manager at Blue Circle Industries from January 1987 to September 2000. Educational background includes attendance at Gawthorpe County Secondary School from 1976 to 1980.
