Hanna Ahtiainen

Hanna Ahtiainen has extensive work experience in various roles related to textiles, sales, and design. Hanna currently holds the position of Product Manager for textiles and lighting at Veke, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, Hanna worked at Basic-Fashion Oy for over 14 years, starting as a Designer and Purchase Assistant for clothing and gradually progressing to roles such as Buyer & Designer for home textiles and ultimately Product & Sales Manager for home textiles. Before joining Basic-Fashion Oy, Hanna worked at Kesko as a Purchase Assistant, Clothing Technician, and Designer for seven years. Additionally, they gained initial experience in sales at KappAhl as a Sales Person from 1997 to 2000. Hanna also has experience in scenography and costume design, having worked with various professional and amateur theaters, film productions, and city youth centers from 1993 to 2000.

Hanna Ahtiainen completed a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Digital Business from Laurea University of Applied Sciences from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design-Interior Textiles from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.

In 2006, Hanna Ahtiainen received coaching in import trade expertise from K-instituutti in Espoo, Finland. Hanna also pursued a course on clothing purchasing and selection planning from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in 2003 to 2004.

Hanna Ahtiainen obtained a Bachelor of Cultural Studies degree in Fashion and Clothing from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they completed Aesthetics approbatur Studies at the University of Helsinki in 1995 and a visual communication program from Kymenlaakson kansanopisto in Anjalankoski in the same year. Hanna also pursued graphic design approbatur studies at the University of Jyväskylä from 1994 to 1995.

Furthermore, Hanna Ahtiainen attended a carpenter's course at Ammatti-instituutti in Helsinki from 1993 to 1994. Their secondary education was obtained at Tikkurilan lukio, where they completed high school from 1989 to 1992.

In terms of additional certifications, Hanna Ahtiainen obtained the Google Fundamentals Certificate from Google Digital Garage in May 2021.
