Tanja Havela has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Tanja Havela has a diverse education history in the field of visual arts and educational psychology. In 2006, they attended the Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a degree in visual arts, graphic design, and multimedia. After completing their studies in 2009, they enrolled in the University of Lapland to pursue open university studies in educational psychology, which they completed in 2010.
Tanja Havela continued their education at the University of Lapland for their master's degree. From 2011 to 2014, they studied applied visual arts and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree. This program allowed their to deepen their knowledge and expertise in the practical application of visual arts.
In addition to their formal education, Tanja Havela obtained a certification in Yhdistysviestintä (developing organizational communications) from Opintokeskus Sivis in January 2020. This certification highlights their commitment to continuous learning and expanding their skill set.
