Customer Success Manager (csm) / Key Account Manager (kam) at Vekia

Johann ROBETTE has been working in the industry since 2009. Johann began their career at VEKIA as a Technical Lead, responsible for the technical development of the company's first generation of APS solution. From 2015 to 2017, they transitioned to a Product Design Lead role, overseeing the functional design and product marketing of new features. In 2018 and 2019, Johann joined the Sales Team and took on sales responsibilities, conducting market research and product demonstrations. Since 2019, they have been a member of the Customer Success Team, developing and strengthening relationships with key accounts in the industrial and energy sectors. In 2020, Johann began exploring and writing about the relationship between forecasts, inventory optimization and business value, and their articles are available on various platforms. In 2021, they were invited to join the advisory board of Foresight Magazine and became a Guest Speaker.

Johann ROBETTE completed a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie informatique from Centrale Lille between 1999 and 2004. In 2015, they attended Stanford University for the Stanford-Lille Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program.
