Jefferson Manoel

Jefferson Manoel has over 25 years of work experience in sales and operations. Jefferson began their career in 1992 at Parshall Representações as a Representante de equipamentos em PRFV. In 1998, they moved to Ouro Fino Industria e Comércio Ltda, where they held the same role. In 2004, they began working at Indumetal Industria Metalurgica Ltda as a Representante Comercial, where they were responsible for controlling and issuing commercial proposals, generating expenses for the month, applying courses for teamwork, and selling by region and customer type. In 2015, they joined Viec Indústria e Comércio de Válvulas as a Representante Comercial, where they were responsible for developing new business, projects, and customers in water treatment, sewage, effluent, and industrial projects. In 2017, they began working at Accede Automação Industrial and Vektek, LLC, both as a Comercial and Sales and Operations Supervisor, respectively. Jefferson eventually became the Sales and Operations Director at Vektek Brasil.

Jefferson Manoel attended the Centro Universitário Anhanguera de Santo André from 2008 to 2010, where they graduated with a degree in Tecnologia em Comercio Exterior with a focus in Negócios Internacionais e Comércio Exterior. Jefferson then attended the Universidade Paulista from 2021 to 2025, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA with a focus in Direito Internacional.
