Chathura Buddhika

Chathura Buddhika has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Chathura is currently working as an Associate Technical Lead at Velaris since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Velaris from May 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Velaris, Chathura worked at RUMEX as a Senior Software Engineer from February 2021 to May 2021. Chathura also worked at Apigate as a Software Engineer from August 2019 to January 2021.

Chathura gained valuable experience at KPMG Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2018 to August 2019 and as a Software Engineer from December 2017 to September 2018.

In their early career, Chathura worked at Rezgateway as an Associate Software Engineer from February 2016 to November 2017. Chathura also had a software engineering internship at Rezgateway from August 2015 to January 2016.

Furthermore, Chathura started their professional journey as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Fiverr.com from April 2012 to January 2015.

Chathura Buddhika's education history begins in the year 2000, where they attended Siridhamma Collage in Galle. Chathura completed their G.C.E. (A/L) degree with a focus on Physical Sciences in the year 2010.

Following that, Chathura pursued higher education at the University of Colombo from 2011 to 2016. Chathura earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Technology during this period.

In addition to their degrees, Chathura obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2013, they completed a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Colombo School of Computing. Furthermore, in July 2020, they became a WSO2 Certified Identity Server Developer - V5 after completing the necessary requirements from WSO2.
