VELCO
Colby Marshall is a skilled utility arborist currently employed at Vermont Electric Power Company (VELCO) since June 2023. Previously, Colby held multiple roles at Central Maine Power Company, including Energy Land Management Project Manager and GIS Field Technician from September 2020 to June 2023. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Forestry and an Associate of Science in Forestry, both obtained from Paul Smith's College between August 2011 and May 2015.

Vermont Electric Power Company (VELCO) is Vermont’s statewide electric transmission provider whose sights are set on creating a sustainable Vermont through our people, assets, relationships and operating model.
