Debra Perkins

Debra Perkins is an experienced professional in compliance and public safety, currently serving as a Compliance Analyst and Security Specialist at Vermont Electric Power Company (VELCO) since September 2019. Prior to this role, Debra was a Public Safety/Criminal Justice Instructor at Stafford Technical Center from August 2013 to August 2019, focusing on curriculum development and instruction for high school students. Debra's career also includes a significant tenure as a Sergeant and Accreditation Manager at the Rutland City Police Department from March 2001 to July 2013, where responsibilities included updating policies and procedures to meet CALEA standards.
