Erika Weliczko is an experienced engineer and educator with a diverse background in energy management and renewable energy projects. Currently serving as an EMS Engineer at Vermont Electric Power Company since May 2023, Erika previously worked as an Energy Manager at Case Western Reserve University from September 2014 to April 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating energy-saving initiatives and tracking utility usage. Erika's earlier roles include President at REpower Solutions, Technical Editor at Home Power Magazine, and Technical Director at Ohio Cooperative Solar. Additionally, Erika has experience in academia as an Adjunct Instructor in Mathematics at Cuyahoga Community College and as a Mathematics Teacher at Lakewood High School. Erika holds multiple degrees from Case Western Reserve University, including an MS in Electrical Engineering, a BSE in Chemical Engineering, and a BA in Music, along with an MAT in Teaching from Kent State University.

Vermont Electric Power Company (VELCO) is Vermont’s statewide electric transmission provider whose sights are set on creating a sustainable Vermont through our people, assets, relationships and operating model.
