Delana Vath

Delana Vath, CAPM, CSPO, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and planning, currently serving as Principal at Velera since January 2020. In this role, Delana partners with the Chief Growth Officer to lead execution across Sales, Partnerships, Consulting, and Account Management, particularly during periods of rapid growth and post-merger integration. Prior to Velera, Delana held positions at WellCare Health Plans as a Senior Project Analyst, focusing on integration-related projects, and at Health Services Advisory Group, Inc., managing projects related to a $34M federal contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Delana began a career at CSW/Stuber-Stroeh Engineering Group, Inc., achieving a promotion to Senior Project Assistant due to exemplary leadership and process improvements. Delana holds a degree in Data Analytics from the University of Central Florida and completed a CAPM/PMP Certification Preparation Course at St. Petersburg College.
