Jason Borreca

Jason Borreca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and reporting. Currently serving as Vice President of Governance & Reporting and Corporate Secretary at Velera since December 2014, Jason previously held several leadership roles at PSCU, including Vice President of Corporate Governance & Reporting and Manager of Corporate Governance & Strategy. Jason's career also includes experience as Assistant Vice President at The Bank of Tampa and various positions in the food and beverage industry and IT. Jason holds an MBA in Finance, Management, and Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and a Graduate Certificate in Finance and Banking from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Educational background also includes a BS in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University.
