Joanna Spoth

Joanna Spoth is a professional with extensive experience in client engagement and management, currently serving as Manager of Client Experience at Velera since June 2024. Prior to this role, Joanna held various positions at Co-op Solutions from February 2018 to June 2024, including Client Experience Director and Senior Manager of Client Engagement. Additionally, Joanna contributed to the Co-op Co-Creation Councils as Engagement Director during the same period. Joanna's career began in education as a High School Science Teacher at 21st Century Charter School and as a Chicago Corps Member with Teach For America. Experience also includes roles at IDEO as Challenge Manager and Teaching Team Lead, where Joanna focused on guiding clients and innovators through human-centered design processes, and supporting experiential learning projects at Net Impact. Joanna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science with a focus on Environmental Science from the University of Portland.
