Liene Ļaksa

Liene Ļaksa has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and advertising. Liene is currently the Head of Marketing at Velexa, a position they have held since March 2022. Before joining Velexa, Liene worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Tietoevry for seven years, from January 2015 to March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Marketing Consultant and Graphic Designer at D1 @d1.lv from March 2012 to March 2022. Liene also has experience as the Head of the Advertising Department at Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA from February 2010 to October 2011. Liene worked as an Account Director at BrandBox from August 2005 to May 2008 and as a Brand Manager at Aizkraukles Banka from April 2003 to August 2005. Liene's early career included a role as a Marketing Project Manager at Tieto from July 2000 to June 2002.

Liene Ļaksa obtained their Master's Degree in Marketing and Business Organization from Latvijas Universitate, studying from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga from 2000 to 2003, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
