Matthew Richardson

Matthew Richardson has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2006 when they worked as a Caterer for Picard's Grove. In 2010, they began working as a Toll Collector for the New York State Thruway Authority. In 2012, they became an Enrollment Officer for the National Income Life Insurance Company, and in 2013 they were an Accounts Manager for G. Richardson and Sons. In 2014, they began working as a Software Support and Implementation Engineer II for enLabel Global Services, Inc. and in 2016 they became a Business Systems Analyst for Velir, eventually becoming a Senior Business System Analyst and then a Principal Business Systems Analyst.

Matthew Richardson obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Niagara County Community College in 2009. In 2018, they received two certifications from Salesforce: a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant and a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
