Rick Bauer is an experienced digital marketing professional currently serving as the Vice President of Digital Marketing Strategy at Velir since April 2025, where leadership focuses on data-driven strategies and omnichannel marketing for enterprise clients. With a diverse background in various roles, Rick has held significant positions such as Production Manager at Milwaukee Irish Fest, Global Director of Industry Value Advisory at Sitecore, and Senior Solutions Architect at Perficient, demonstrating expertise in digital transformation, marketing strategy, and customer engagement. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director of Tosa Tonight, managing a digital project studio at Bauer Productions, and leading marketing communications at Coveo. Rick holds a Technical Degree in Music Production & Engineering from Berklee College of Music.
