Vella Recruitment is a bespoke recruitment consultancy offering boutique headhunting and recruitment services in the UK. We specialise in the placement of Town Planning professionals on a permanent basis, but also have strong success in the Economics, Environmental, Strategic Land and Heritage sectors. We have extensive contacts and connections in both the private and public sectors, focusing on building and maintaining long standing relationships with clients and candidates alike.

We have extensive success in placing Planners who are looking for their first career, to Senior Directors, in small towns to major cities. Our priority is to have our finger on the pulse, offering up-to-date, honest advice to everyone we speak to.

Our approach is a simple one. We work with select clients on an extremely close basis. We approach candidates with a SPECIFIC job in mind. After close to 2 years, we are proud that this has landed us exclusive contracts with leading consultancies, housebuilders and large engineering firms, who trust us in finding the very best talent. If you apply or are approached for a job by Vella we will have job specifications, close communication with hiring managers, salary information and wider project examples.

We want get to know you.
