Martin von Gertten

Martin von Gertten has held various leadership roles in local government and emergency services since the early 1980s. Currently, Martin serves as the Chair of Culture and Leisure at Vellinge kommun and holds multiple additional positions, including Vice Chair of the Municipal Executive Board and Chair of the Joint Citizen Service Committee. Martin is also involved with Vellinge Koncern AB and Sydvatten AB as Vice Chair and Board Member, respectively. Previously, Martin worked as a Brandmästare at Trelleborgs Räddningstjänst and held various firefighting roles at Räddningstjänsten Syd and Malmö Brandkår. Educational background includes training in rescue leadership and preventive measures from Räddningsverket.
