Vellum has received numerous awards for design and construction, was the first Design/Build contractor in the county to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification by the United States Green Build Council for Residential Building Design and Construction, was presented with the “Award of Excellence” by the Gas company for recognition in producing highly energy efficient homes featuring built in comfort, quality and energy savings. Put simply, we place a lot of care in to every aspect of the product we deliver. As a Design/Build company we are the single source of responsibility over the entire project. We lead the architects, engineers and project consultants throughout the design process, coordinate entitlements and permitting and manage the field during construction. This approach of top-down collaboration ensures key project goals of Design Intent, Budget and Timeline are carefully coordinated every step of the way.
