Amador Álvarez Ruiz

Amador Álvarez Ruiz has a strong background in software testing and automation. Amador began their career in 2008 as a Programmer at Universidad de Sevilla, where they developed PHP-based web applications. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an Analyst Developer at Novasoft, gaining experience in software development and analysis. In 2012, they joined Indra as an Analyst Developer, further enhancing their skills in this area. In 2013, they joined Networkers International PLC as a Software Development Engineer in Test, expanding their expertise in testing. Later that year, they moved to William Hill as a Gaming Software Development Engineer in Test, where they developed test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver. Amador also worked as a Sports Software Automation Developer in Test at William Hill, implementing new automation frameworks using Javascript and WebDriver.io. In 2017, they joined JUST EAT as a Test Automation Engineer, responsible for improving the test process and automation in an agile environment. Recently, in 2018, they joined Velo Payments as a Senior Test Automation Engineer.

Amador Álvarez Ruiz completed a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the Universidad de Sevilla. Amador attended this institution from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an iSQI® CAT Certified Agile Tester from iSQI GmbH - International Software Quality Institute in January 2016.
