Che Moran, CTFL

Che Moran has extensive experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing. They started their career in 2006 at Electronic Arts, where they initially worked as a QA Analyst, responsible for developing test plans and completing manual testing. They later became a QA Lead, supervising a team and tracking software bugs for a PC online software title. Che also worked as a Dev QA Analyst, managing SQL databases and performing SQL queries for Madden/NCAA software data. They were also part of the founding team for the JUICE automation software at EA, developing test plans for automation and manual testing purposes.

Che then moved on to Reed Elsevier/MEDai, where they were a QA Analyst, creating and implementing test cases and plans for data center facilities. They acted as the QA lead for a local team and reported to the National QA Director.

At Avatar Solutions, Che successfully implemented the first QA department and process within the IT department. They analyzed, tracked, and developed reports and release notes, and led QA integration support in regards to database validation and platform upgrades.

At AgriLogic Crop Insurance Services, Che was a Senior QA Analyst, responsible for implementing business requirements into test plans and reviewing and executing test cases and plans for on-site and off-site QA teams.

Che then worked at SunGard Public Sector as a Senior QA Analyst, responsible for implementing business requirements into test cases and plans and documenting defects. They also created and executed SQL queries and provided regular updates during daily scrum sessions.

At Florida Hospital, Che served as an MIS QA Analyst II, responsible for creating requirements, test plans, and test strategies for each project. They managed all aspects of testing and documented defects within Jira, Spirateam, and Microsoft Project.

Later, Che joined FIS as a Senior QA Analyst, where they implemented business requirements into test cases and plans and documented defects. They were also responsible for updates on behalf of QA throughout various teams in the Loan Renewal Department.

Most recently, at Velo Payments, Che worked as a QA Engineer/Analyst. They analyzed, tracked, and developed test cases, test runs, and test plans, and created, executed, and maintained automated and manual tests. They also led a training initiative to mentor analysts on incorporating automated tests.

Throughout their career, Che has consistently demonstrated their expertise in QA and Testing, as well as their ability to analyze requirements, document defects, and implement business requirements into test plans.

Che Moran, CTFL, has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. Additionally, Che has an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Recording Arts Technology, also from Full Sail University. In terms of additional certifications, Che obtained the ASTQB Certified Tester (CTFL) certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in January 2017. Che also obtained the Agile Development with Scrum certification from cPrime, Inc. in March 2014.
